What results should I expect?


You should expect to be able to identify your options and feel more in control of your professional fate when you choose to exercise those options. While no specific results can be guaranteed, rest assured you will be empowered to try new ways of thinking and working, and have the tools to affect change with confidence.




On average, how long does the entire coaching process take?


Because each client has unique circumstances and needs, solutions must be customized, meaning there can be no set template, timetable or cookie-cutter approach for different individuals. You can trust that Karuna will design a plan with you for maximum impact, tailored to your specific needs.
